As in phone conversation, I was disappointed to find my epoxy gun no longer worked. Since the epoxy cubes have been changed in size I had to delay use. Im not willing to pay for another gun. Im looking for another solution

Hi Louise,
As discussed by phone, the equine adhesive industry transitioned from 160 mL cartridges to 200/210 mL cartridges approximately five to six years ago. This packaging change was made by the adhesive manufacturers across the industry and was not a decision made by Horse Gear Canada.
Unfortunately, applicator guns designed for the discontinued 160 mL cartridges are not compatible with the current cartridge sizes. As retailers, we cannot control manufacturer packaging changes or alter the compatibility of older equipment. A compatible applicator gun is required to use today’s cartridges, and we are not aware of another safe or reliable solution.
We understand that replacing equipment is frustrating; however, this industry-wide change is outside of Horse Gear Canada’s control.
