EasyShoe Versa Grip Octo - Pair

The EasyShoe Versa Grip Octo is a glue-on urethane horseshoe with integrated Finger Tabs that make the gluing process quick and easy. Simply stand the horse in the horseshoe and apply the tabs using Super Glue. Super Glue will hold strong for a full trim cycle and dries in about 10 minutes. No welding required. Can be reset if removed carefully. The Versa Grip Octo can stay on for a full trim cycle. (6-8 weeks) and it is typical to get 1-2 resets per pair. New 11 Finger Tabs can be welded on for a reset.
The Versa Grip Octo comes in front and hind patterns. The front and hind patterns allow for a better fit without modification. Hind patterns can also be used on narrow front hooves.
A thin layer of Artimud spread over the hoof sole is recommended to use on your horses sole to reduce chances of thrush or flaking.

I ordered easyshoe versa grip octo and full set on two of our horses. Our mare has always bucked a few times at the start of a ride, whether barefoot or traditional metal shoes. Even a proper barefoot trim did not seem to make much difference. Easyshoe versagrip octo however stopped the bucking.
My gelding has sensitive or thin soles, and always did better with shoes on. Now with the easyshoe he is doing the same if not better. As I’m still perfecting my technique with the glue on shoes, the fact that they are holding for 2 weeks now speaks well for the product. I highly recommend the easyshoes, the application is easy and the shoes are so much better for the horse.
And Horsegear Canada is wonderful to deal with. Orders are promptly shipped via courier, so you’re not waiting an eternity 😅.
These have so far shown to be a great alternative to traditional shoeing. My horse seems to love these and are working great!

We do our own trimming and application: Having now shod five horses a number of times and gained experience in the preparation and application of these shoes we are very pleased.
The application is quick and easy now that we know what we are doing. With the epoxy application though, removing the tabs if put on well, is difficult.
We ride moving cattle in rough rocky terrain and are confident that our horses feet are well protected.
I have had the epoxy fitted and super glue ons
on two horses for two weeks and put lot of hrs and kms on them. Horses like them and so do we.
I Love the Versa Octo Easyshoe . They worked extremely well for my mare. We are now on the second reset of our first four shoes.
I highly recommend this product
My horse is currently wearing the Versa Grip Octo glue on shoes. So far so good … it has only been a week and I have ridden almost 40km with no problems at all. The super glue is amazing and my horse moves out happily as if she was wearing steel shoes. Very impressive!
